At Integrative Thai Bodywork, it is our intention to provide our clients with professional and therapeutic services in a relaxing, clean, and friendly environment. We will tailor each treatment to our client’s individual needs. The following policies and procedures serve as a guide for our first-time and repeating guests.

Arrival

For first-time guests, please arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment time to fill out a consultation form (required by Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation).

For repeating guests, to ensure a relaxed and unhurried experience, please arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment.

 

Cancellation

Your therapy times are reserved exclusively for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the office scheduling policies.  We also understand that unforeseen circumstances do occur and may interrupt your appointment time.   Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 3 hours in advance.

 

Late Arrival

Late arrival may not receive extension of scheduled appointment.  In special cases, if your therapist’s schedule is allowed, you may be accommodated a partial or full appointment.  This is not guaranteed, but we will do our best to serve you.

 

Lost Items

We are not responsible for any lost items.  Since we do not provide a locker, please do not bring expensive personal belongings with you.

 

Gift Certificates and Coupons

Gift certificates and coupons are non-refundable and may be redeemed for services only.
